They’re still here. They haven’t gone anywhere. The only thing standing between you and your “dead” loved ones is your own doubt.
Songs you associate with them. Small objects moving location inexplicably. Unusual animal behavior. Feelings of being touched on your shoulder or head. Movement on your bed mattress. Flickering lights and electronics producing unexpected messages. Rainbows. Dreams. Voices. This is how they communicate.

To them, it seems like they’re still here. At least for a while, they are still very connected to the physical realm and they want to take part in what’s going on here. There are so many planes of existence and they’re experiencing another one — or many — that can be parallel to ours. They can even feel like they’re physically still here. Some very powerful spirits who were able to manifest strongly while in physical form have complementary abilities over there — they’ve learned to manipulate energy.
Everything is made of energy. Me, you, spirits, sounds, physical objects, and even your thoughts. This physical body is just a manifestation of the enduring, essential you, which is energy. It’s Spirit. It’s a soul.
So, when you pass over to the other side, there is nothing lost except that you get to remove the heavy, cumbersome shell of the physical body and experience freedom yet again. Before you were born, you were there. And when you die, you return.
On the other side, energy can still be manipulated the way it is here. The only difference is, as a human, it seems like manifesting reality is impossible because things are out of our control. We don’t feel like we move energy with our minds in addition to our bodies.
Where they are, it comes more easily. But they can’t do everything because they are also souls learning about the ways of universe. They don’t have total dominion over the physical realm. And some events aren’t meant to be manipulated because you are meant to live through them and learn.
Being in the state of pure energy connects you with the energy of the entire universe and you remember love. The universe is made of love. While you’re here as a human, it’s hard to stay aware of that. But we come here for just that reason — to experience the challenge of coming back toward the light. We choose separation in human form so we can re-learn connection and oneness. This whole journey is about love.
Where they are, love is obvious. It’s everything.
And never doubt that they’re in a wonderful place. Where we are is the nightmare if we let it be so. This place — Earth — is the difficult one. It’s the heaviest and most dense existence your soul will probably ever experience. It’s a challenge.
They watch over us and send us signs to guide us through the challenge of human existence. They have wisdom where they are that they didn’t have access to while on Earth. They also remember love and reflect on their deeds in life to evaluate whether they came from a place of love or not.
We’re all one, so they’re on your team rooting for you — here, you can do things that can’t be done without a body. They sometimes want to send you signs and messages to make sure you make the right choices since they can’t be here with you.
Sometimes, they just want you to know they’re there. You’re not going crazy when you hear the voices or you feel the goosebumps. That’s them assuring you that you’re not alone and they’re not gone.
They hate to see you in your grief. They want to give you hope. You will see them again, and they’re still here. They haven’t gone anywhere.
