Anything that ails us is manifesting from within. There’s a misalignment somewhere and patterns are shifted, creating effects that we (in modern society) only notice when they produce effects in the physical parts of us. When this happens, the human experiencing it often turns to quick fixes, temporary relief, and hacks. But this doesn’t promote long term health.
Toxic positivity is only in your mind; using this term is a refusal to see that you have a choice to be positive at any time. If something befalls you, it’s your choice how to react, and your refusal to respond to positivity is a reflection on you, not other people.
