I have met with a lot of people on the twin flame journey and heard their stories. I know the struggle well. Often, meeting your twin flame makes you feel like you’re losing your mind. So, I often think about what kind of practices can help people on this journey, and I have put together a course for twin flame meditation.
I’m a twin flame coach and also a meditation teacher. I always recommend meditation to anyone who is experiencing anxiety or sadness, but I think especially on this journey, it’s very healing to focus the mind and to find the parts of it that are spiritually significant. It can also help us unlock some intuition so we can get clarity and answers.
So, I recently created a twin flame healing meditation course that will involve mantra-style meditation, journalling, lessons about twin flames, and a focus on spiritual elevation and mental freedom. This is an online (Zoom) course that lasts 4 weeks.

In the course, each student will receive a personal mantra based on their time and location of birth, just like they do in my other meditation courses. We will use our mantras as a vehicle to inner stillness and focus. As we meditate together and discuss our progress, we will also journal and share our greatest insights and start to heal our inner wounds. Lots of instruction and discussion about the twin flame journey will come into play during the whole course.

I like to focus on what you can control and not what is outside your control. Wanting your twin flame to come back to you is expecting someone’s behavior to change when you have no control over that.
