Are you grieving with no one to talk to about spiritual topics?
This is the place for you.
The Spiritual Grief Support Group brings together spiritual people who want to talk about grief with an aim to heal, understand the spirit world, and elevate each other along the soul journey.
This group was formed in January 2025 by Emily as a way to come together and discuss grief and loss from a “modern spirituality” perspective. There seem to be very few non-religious grief support groups out there. This is a way to offer something different. Will you join us in this new journey?
Please contact Emily with any questions.

Note the community guidelines:
- Be Kind and Courteous
We’re all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let’s treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.
- No Hate Speech or Bullying
Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn’t allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.
- No Spam
Give more to this group than you take. Spam and irrelevant links aren’t allowed. You are, however, encouraged to promote your spiritually-relevant services here.
- Respect Everyone’s Privacy
Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What’s shared in the group should stay in the group. However, there are no guarantees of confidentiality here.
