Twin flames are a journey of true love, spiritual awakening, confusion, darkness, and total collapse. How do I know this? I lived through it! Or, should I say…I survived it.
I’m Emily. I’m a twin flame coach, psychic, and author, and I run the Twin Flame Support Group. After meeting my twin flame, I endured the wildest awakening of my life that made me feel like I was losing my mind. Then, I came back together “in union” with him, and I began writing about twin flames because I felt that the world needed to hear what this journey is really about.
After my twin flame died, my life fell apart, and I had to learn to put it back together again. Awakening to the realization that this happened to me (partly) so that I could teach others how to survive this horrific experience, I wrote two books. I am here today to help seekers of truth on their path to self-realization. I navigated this experience alone, but you don’t have to.
The Dark Side of the Twin Flame Journey
Meeting your twin flame is an insane experience. It’s not something I’d wish on anyone, and yet, I don’t regret having met mine. I know that when given a chance, I’d choose to do it all again. Twin flames are full of paradoxes like this. It’s impossible to fit big, illogical ideas about the spiritual realm into our human perception of the physical world. And this is what twin flames teach us — these two things are just not compatible.
Reality begins to shift. Things get weird. You feel like you are no longer sane.
I want to give you a realistic viewpoint of twin flames from someone who has actually been on this journey. For some reason, it is very difficult to locate anyone on the internet who is spreading messages about the real nature of this wild and wacky journey. People often like to portray it as a super-romantic love story, which it can be at times. But there is a dark side to it, too.
Partners in Spirit
Twin flames are partners in spirit. Some people say they share the same soul. I don’t buy into that idea exactly, but I am open to it. But I don’t believe that’s the important part of this journey. All that really matters is what you’re learning from it as a soul.
You are meant to be evolving here. If the universe always handed you easy lessons, you wouldn’t really grow, would you? So, it gives you the hard ones. And this twin flame stuff is reserved only for the strongest of us — those who are ready for the next level of their spiritual development.
Always Together
Twin flames are always together on the astral plane. You share the same path. Because you already knew each other before coming to Earth, you’re destined to meet your twin flame. There are no accidents in the universe. It was all planned before you were born.
You begin to realize this more after you’ve met your twin flame because everything starts to have meaning. You find patterns in all aspects of life.
Mirrors
Twin flames are mirrors. So, your twin flame gives you the lessons that you need to learn in this lifetime. They trigger you. Sometimes they mirror back the opposite trait that you have in your personality. You can be like magnets and polarities.
You fit together like puzzle pieces. You’re perfect for each other.
Twin Flame Awakening
This is a spiritual journey. It’s your path to your self-discovery and your spiritual awakening. This is part of you understanding yourself because your twin flame mirrors back all the qualities about you that haven’t been working. Take this opportunity to heal your wounds — the universe is calling on you to take heed now. Don’t miss this chance.
The twin flame journey sounds crazy to anyone who hasn’t met theirs. So, you may feel very alone on this path. But trust me, you aren’t alone — there are people all over the world from all walks of life having this experience.
