Good luck with that. Reincarnation is required for soul lessons.
I’ve come across dozens of people who claim that this is their “last life on Earth” and they think that they “don’t have to come back here again” after this. People think that there are better places to be, and they’re somehow special if they don’t need to be here anymore. The irony is that our souls all wanted to be here — every time. This is the best place a soul can go to learn all the lessons.
This human incarnation is graduate school for the soul. There’s a long waiting list for this graduate program, and those of us here are an elite class of souls. We’re tasked with figuring out how to be one with all souls while maintaining a separate human persona simultaneously. We were chosen for this.
For someone to imply that they are going to escape the necessary cycle of reincarnation is nonsense. Do they think that they’ve learned enough lessons to move on? It only shows that they aren’t conscious of reality: their soul will choose to come back here whenever given a chance, even if all the lessons are learnt. They will want to come back to be the professors — the masters. When they’re conscious, this will become clear.
A true seeker on the path knows that the goal isn’t to escape human incarnation, it’s to find meaning here and transcend suffering while still in a human body. A true student of the universe loves the challenge of being in a harsh environment so that it can alchemize it internally into something beautiful. No one who is conscious would publicly say they are going to leave here.
To brag about a spiritual level of attainment is a clear red flag. It proves the opposite is happening. It shows a total lack of consciousness. No one who has found even a taste of enlightenment or understood the purpose of incarnating as a human would ever tell others that they’ve “graduated” and will be moving on. This is spiritual arrogance. It’s based on the assumption that there is a hierarchy of wisdom in human souls.
None of us is better than any of the others. The more spiritually enlightened you become, and the further you go on the path, the more you find oneness with others instead of separation. When you imply that you’ve attained something on the spiritual path that’s more enlightened than what others have, it’s an obvious show of the ego’s attachment to separation. You think you’re separate and better than others. But you’re not — we’re all in this together. This is a collective of consciousness. None of us is winning unless we all are.
The lessons you came here to learn are all about compassion, love, and selflessness. To tell other souls you’re going to leave them behind in a place you deem to be undesirable is pure nonsense — it shows a lack of wisdom. It’s a statement that embraces separation and ill will toward fellow men — the complete opposite of the lessons you’re meant to be learning here.
The people who embrace separation are far from moving on to a new realm….the more you become friendly with Earth life and learn to transform it into joy, and the more you surrender, ironically, the closer you get to graduation. But the real prize becomes helping others. And then you’ll probably want to stay, anyway — consciously.
You’ll know you’re evolving spiritually when you start to really like it here, even when others think it’s a horrible place to be.
A truly evolved soul graduates from their Soul PhD and then sticks around some more to help other students here. Sometimes they choose to do this by incarnating as a human again, and sometimes they do it purely in spirit form from beyond the veil. The journey is all about creating a path for consciousness as a whole to elevate.
So, next time you hear someone claiming that this is their last incarnation on Earth, you can wish them well on their path and say “good luck with that,” because nothing we can say to these people will make them see. They must learn by trials and hard knocks as they progress through the soul lessons of the universe.
Stay focused on being the best human you can be while you’re here. This human life goes by so quickly. (Then you’ll have to come back again and start from scratch!) Learn to love others, resist an indulgence in the ego, and control your own emotions, and you’ll be on your way to finishing this graduate program at Soul University in no time.
